No amount of rectification work is going to fix this issue if your idiot neighbour continues to drive all over the nature strip. Thanks for all this information. I will definitely take this matter to builder to rectify all issues mentioned in inspection report, and luckily we have VCAT option in Victoria for consumer protection though it will be a time and money consuming activity, I have read somewhere always send a register...

2 Thanks for your reply. I am based in Melbourne, Victoria. So should I forward the property inspection report to builder and he is supposed to fix all issues? That will be great if he does it, otherwise its a very expensive re work specially shower bas and backyard drainage issue.
