I'm doing a knock down rebuild. I bought a old house in end of 2020. The building demolished in May 2021 and the build started. I received a landtax bill for 2021 tax year as I owned the property on 31 of December 2020. Anyone have the same situation? I'm in NSW.

Hi all, I am in the processing of building a house in the fairfield council area (nsw 2166). I have decided on a home builder and they initially said I could go thru CDC based on my lot and my 10.7 certificate. After I paid for my contour survey, it was then determined that I could not go thru CDC ...
On your 10.7 cert, are you in a flood zone?

Anyone build with provincial? Just signed the contract with them. We are also in the process of finalising to build with them. So far they have been excellent and were able to accommodate all the changes we wanted from their base design. We don't have a start date yet as we've still got to do our e...
