Yes, it is both mailed out as a hard copy or downloadable from their website ($36) as a pdf. It is OK as a specification but it is by no means comprehensive. Stewie Thanks. The HIA specification is what we were directed to by our certifier as being the default document that they go by. Thanks Chris I have the requirements, in terms of standards etc, it's just the template that I was after. It used to be basically a paper form and more recently I have seen more complex ones drawn up by an electronic program. I can write my own but it could be quite a bit of work. Regards Andrew
