There are issues I see 1 brick pier looks about 1m high . If you brick up pier to 1.2m it would comply . 2 if the gap between pier and fence is more than 100mm it will need to be closed in . A post in between would suffice even riveting a peice of angle to post would comply . Cheers andrew https://...
