Hi I rang Wyndham City Council on 97420850 which is the rates an property department. Lady was very quick at giving me the information I just had to tell her the lot number, street name and suburb. KarenB

Yes we had start dates ranging from 1st April until 9th May because of the land hold up. Hope you get to start building shortly as well. Went out there today and no one started yet. We are kiwis just moved here last September so if any other kiwis read this "hello". :D Karen B

Hi its great to talk to someone else who is buiding there. Builders are going to start with in the next week or two and we cant wait. What road are you building in we are in Columbia Street. I may start a blog for here if I can work out how to do it.

We just checked out Western Distributors in Sunshine after looking at a lot of other places and we are going with them for our floating floor and carpet. They have a good range of flooring and the prices are pretty good I think. Good luck KarenB
