Yes, they deliver and you install. As an estimate ours was an XL size for our weimaraner and it was $600. We also had to get an extension part for the width as we have a 3 stacker door. We will be installing this on Friday, if you like I can put up a pic? All the best. :-) Sandra

I recently bought this dog door that goes in the sliding door. It fits across the glass slider as well as the screen. I haven't found any other doog door that does this. These are also made in Australia and can be custom made. It is quite expensive, but my dog is like one of my kids and we like her ...

I'm not sure Leksie as they havent been installed yet. From what I gather they do more of a job at circulating the air rather than blowing it down upon you. Does that make sense? Sandra

Oh man, I have searched and searched for different fan ideas. We are having the regular fans everywhere (white so they blend in with the ceiling) but in the games and theatre rooms we will get getting these called Exhale fans. They can be made to suit our voltage and now they come with lights in the...

I hope this is in the right place to ask the question. I am searching and searching for the perfect pendant for the void and stairwell. I hate pendants so much right now and I need some advice! Because I have chosen mostly white throught the house apart from a few splashes of colour Kitchen ...

VandM, Our situation is very similar to yours. Right now to save money our family of 5 is living on top of each other in a cramped house 3 bed, 1 bath home. It is driving me INSANE!!! We are just about to start building a 340sqmtr house. While I am ok with the idea that the kids will probably be liv...

Hi Everyone, In our house build we arent having a ceiling fan in the media room or the games room. I would really love ceiling fans in these rooms because it gets hot and the media will also be used as a guest room. Yes we will have aircon but I dont want to have to rely on it all the time. I search...

Same. Got the quote for my undermounted sink, $1015. Really, the sink would probably have to be the most hard working "appliances" in the kitchen. It deals with a lot, every single day. This is the angle I will be taking anyway with my husband to sell the pricetag to him ;-) Sandra

Hello everyone, As we are getting closer to starting to build I would like a bit of advice on the placement of our pool. Our yard is a bit of a funny angle and I dont want the pool to cut the yard in half. Just to keep it simple, here is where the drafty put the pool for an example. The pool he has ...

Oh wow, that is really nice. Great work. As for the pergola, will it make it too dark? Would the sun or rain concern you? I'd love to see the final pic with the step and lights. Again, nice work Sandra

Ooh, I love the second kitchen from the top. What colours did you use for the tops and cupboards? I see that it is raised as well. We are having ours raised, only 1 step though. Off to check out your FB page now. :-) Cheers Sandra

I have used the Aquamix colour sealant before. It really did come up a treat. We went from a dark gray to a white grout. Unfortunately the place that I got it from had it sitting on the shelf for a million years and when I had to order some more I had to go to a lot of tile places to eventually get ...

Can I presume the stainless steel used in these outdoor kitchens are better than a lot of other "stainless steel". I pulled a SS oven brand new from its box and it had surface rust already on it. I have also seen a lot of SS fans with rust as well. Sandra
