May I suggest go to facebook and look for a page called Metricon building disasters and join the group for advice on building with them in Sydney. Lots of very helpful people there agree with you....

Sometimes I think people tradespeople quote excessively for a job that they don't want to do! And if someone is desperate enough to accept the quote, then it at least makes it worthwhile for them to do? I agree with you. thanks for for reply..
