I think sometimes the site costs are a number that they suck out of their thumb. My builder gave me a site cost "allowance" of $35k (wouldn't fix) and I ended up paying $27k (less than the allowance). This included 50 piles (half concrete and half screws) Hi , wow ok. That's not bad. What...
