Although i did run into some issue with Sim@nds during the final/handover stage, and there is some delay fixing my ensuite as part of maintenance, but overall i am still happy with them.. Wooo... i am excited to see another Milan 2200 being built... I move into mind for a year now, still enjoying it very much... S@monds do act very quickly in the first few phases, then start to slow down in the final phase, hope they don't do that to you and you can move in and enjoy the new home soo...

I used them... I have heard that they used timber with white ant for one of the neighbour in Alamanda (i only over heard someone talking in the gym, not sure if it is true).. Our timber is ok but the installation is just so so... but they are the cheapest i have found

You will only do tiling selection at Frame stage I really like Fashion Tiles, hopefully National Tiles is as best as them, good luck with your build :D

My termite warrantly will void if the weep holes is covered, no matter by planting, soil, decking, and/or pavers... It clearly stated on my warrantly certificate, they recommend me to talk to them before doing anything. Not sure which system/company you use, but may be better to check with them
