Hi Morris45, the hallway from the kitchen to the 3 back bedrooms (they assume people want carpet here, no idea why though as that would be so odd), and laundry weren't included in the $990 upgrade we did in our pre contract quote. Thanks! We upgraded our main floors to 600x600 apart from laundry, scullery and hallway to the 3 small bedrooms in the pre contract quote for $990, not realising those other rooms wernt included until we were told at our tile and laminate meeting!! So were now getting quoted for those places too. So...

this is false advertising they should let people know at the first place citizen is only available for this grant. now people already sign up or already bought a land. Yes false advertising just to get people running to buy land and build.

Can you still get the grant if you’re married and one is a cu Citizen and the other a Permanent resident? Surely you would if it's under the citizens name 😊 But can both of us be on the house application? I don’t understand. My broker said you can’t.

It is usually called coved ceiling with built-in LED strip lighting. It is not really hard to make one, however, you would have to find gyprock installers who are experienced in installing drywall metal profiles to the walls and know how to construct 2 layer ceilings.
