Before you do anything I'd be getting a surveyor in to check and confirm where both dwellings sit with regards the lot boundaries. Thanks, but it would be at our own expense 😔 If the builder next door did it right in the first place, we should not have trouble like this.

Your guttering appears to be the type that has the relief slots in it to allow for additional drainage in very heavy rain. This may be an easy fix depending on how they have your duct layout in the roof. If your zone motors that control the zones are not setup to easy add onto another zone, some rerunning of ductwork and changing of zones would be required. It would be best to get a copy of the ductwork layout they use...

Thank you and you're right that it's an easy fix. The technician came in and fixed the zoning as per our contract.

Thanks for the update. Good thing that you have that option with Daikin. Our heating/cooling unit has no other option but to change to a smart system, otherwise we have no choice but to go downstairs each time we need to change the temperature or settings as our unit is only limited to one controller.

Try buffing it vigorously with a dry microfiber cloth, it may be grout haze Thanks. We did many times already but still no luck. It looks like the gloss lift off the tiles.
