In regards to the BAL, even if you are BAL zero you have to build to BAL12.5 as a minimum now.

Hi, Just been through all the pre demolition work. With the Gas I had to go through the supplier, Energy Australia.... they took the longest. we managed to get 'free' colour concrete driveway from Henley with the current promo. cost is about $3500 (says Henley)

I reckon the price for the 9m pool for $12.7k is a good price. Recon they can do a deal if we ask for 2? I'll have mine delivered and just left in the backyard covered while the house is being built.
