But now they have lots of houses going around so, my guess is they don't push the dates and not much imp...

Never heard of them. Just visited their site. Looks good. Was wondering how much was their base home price costs? I have made an enquiry. $416,300 I have seen the inclusion which look good to me, if all that is provided then its worth I guess. Subject to quality of workmanship and service.

Hi, I am currently looking at building a new home on some land I purchased in Woodlea. I have spoken to a few builders and so far Omnia Homes seems to be the easiest and most transparent to deal with and reasonably priced. The only thing is they dont have display homes - should I be concerned? If t...

We are using Fronius almost a year now, Its working excellent, can not comment on the comparison. But I suggest pick a popular one (for less problems) backed with a minimum 5yr manufacturer warranty. Thanks for the list. I somehow thought facade would be included in the basic cost. I mean you couldn’t possibly build a house without a facade. Or may be you were talking about upgraded one in lieu of base one. I am thinking of sticking with standard facade to save money. Your building a house wort...
