We have the space and have piered the house to accomodate a future pool when funds are flowing agin. I have a relative large side yard but it chokes down to 1.6m at the narrowest point. What is the consensus on this much access space and roughly how much extra would i expect to pay?

If it’s a major bank there’s a good chance they have both worked with each other and it shouldn’t be a problem.
