Yes this has caused a huge legal battle, one never been seen in Australia before. There was a post a month a month or two ago where someone described being in that position with the work started. Maybe do a forum search using keywords such as "builder finance started approval" etc. More co...

I feel Sorry for you! Hallbury are the worst to deal with! Get a private inspection done at each stage! Their work is awful. Personally the biggest reason we went with hallbury was budget and being able to work with the land. The bigger volume builds would just cut and fill. They wouldn't touch slop...

Run for the hills!! Awful! Just awful!! Do not go with them. Hi all, Anybody built with Hallbury Homes? What do you think of their build quality and standard inclusions? Was trying to sense what price to expect per square to build a 35 square home. Any feedback would be great.
