Monday our slab was poured!! I'm going tonight to get pictures before the frame goes up! On a side note National Tiles called and said our main floor tiles were discontinued so we had to re-pick, they gave us a slightly more expensive choice and matched the price. Amazing.. congratulations Zara... so happy for you.. My build started on 9th March and we are done with the slab and the frames!!! I am hoping/praying that the Covid has no impact on the build.. really don’t want to pay both mortgage and rent in these troubled times..

Yeah, we're getting stressed as our 181 days from signing our contract finishes on the 27/04 and from then on you have to pay $50 a day until they start building, creeping up on us so quickly! How long was it from signing your final docs to receiving a start date? Council approval was Jan 15, bank ...
Council approval was Jan 15, bank go ahead was feb 8 and site start on Mar 8th They probably will get you on site soon..

Hey.. do you know the bench in the study nook is not a standard inclusion? Everything's an upgrade.. having lot of fun I believe if it is stated on the plan then it would be standard, but only with standard finish laminex bench top.
