Thanks for the information Jet. I am so excited about this project. Never built a full house before. Just an extension on our current house. Costs seem to be going up so the pool may have to wait until 2009. Or maybe a spa might be nice with those mountain views and a bottle of champagne. :wink:

Well we have decided to go with this home. We are putting a 11x4 summer room out from the meals / games area. 9ft ceilings as well. WOW excellent views! The site costs might be expensive, looks fairly hilly. There is a flat part at the top of the hill. We have a few other blocks to look at as well. I just love the views on this block though.

We have a lovely block in a country town in Nthn NSW. Looking to build in the next few months. Country style home budget around 220k for house. Anyone know any good builders in the Casino area. Looking at Perry homes as they build in this area and have a nice floor plan/design. The Glenreigh.
