You are better off with render. Bagging is just ugly and looks unfinished in my opinion. If you are gonna cover the brick, might as well cover it completely

thanks for the answers. But correct me if i am wrong, the land below the decking needs to be levelled FIRST before putting decking to be able to drain properly (e.g. drain away from slab of house)

Where are you building John, I mean which town ?? TIA Not yet. My next inspection will be the pre-handover inspection aka PCI, I think. I'm just preparing all the other stuff that might be needed for securing a FInal Occupation Certificate - one of them is the retaining walls. They haven't given us...

I am appalled by builders ripping off people and passing the blame. I will vote for anyone in the parliament, who will reform or form a non-biased building committee who will punish those offending builders. It's about damn time

In my opinion. that 3k credit is quite low for a 2 balcony. It would be a different story if you would want one constructed in a no-balcony floor plan. Mine costed 8k and just a small one

Some of the jobs can be done simultaneously, for example, balcony installation and airconditioning rough in. But no, they will spread it out throughout the timeline. My façade...
