App controlled, change colours. They have screw globes aswell. Can buy wall switches with sensors built in also. They have a gar...
Hi Fozzy87, just wondering if you ended up using iZone and if you did, what is it like and what did it cost? Thanks

That's how they make up margin, go cheap on the house then dramatically over-inflate the site works costings, all depends where you are but if your in the same area as the op of this post it should be under $13k for site and earthworks including soakwells and stormwater I disagee with going cheap o...

That’s what we’re thinking... Not in same area, in an established area with clay soil but we’ve been quoted 40k site costs. We were allocating 25k absolute max. Very slight slope to block over nearly 30m so surely shouldn’t be more than that. Thanks! What suburb Koongamia

I'll keep you posted...just popping out. I've took advice from this site and asked that we get all the plans and final quotes for storm water etc before we pick paint colours and god knows what else. I'm happy with the show so far plus you can haggle to get a few grand credit for pre start. Have yo...

Hi KJ3470 You mentioned that you allocated more than you needed for site works. How much did you allocate and how much did it end up costing? We have been given a quote by our builder and think it's ludicrous. Thanks :)

We’re going with B1 Homes, we’ve got a lot of the things we want itemised in the quote so hopefully pre start won’t cost us anything

Not going with Ventura, but would certainly like to hear your experience after you’ve gone through it. I’m not sure what to expect when we go to ours, I hope it’s not too expensive!

When we were shopping around prior to going with New Choice we did get quotes from other Perth builders and they ...
