Thanks its expensive and I wonder if there is any advantage if its done via the builder. The independent contractor has quoted me 5K less than the builder. Further more any ideas as to if i can use sump tank water for irrigation of lawns etc

Thanks Chippy Some window makers let you do custom colors (colorbond range). Got to pay extra and there is no guarantee that you will achieve the desired result. Had a project manager builder who ran everything including invoices but I was owner builder, saved a bomb and got top trades,used mostly builders guys from 2-3 qoutes ,used a couple of my quotes which builder also checked out,this way no admin cost for changes which there were plenty, example our f...
