Hi guys anyone here got the approvals to start building from Stage 1 ? If so how smooth or difficult was the process ? Mine with Council. Been 2 weeks, no update yet.

Just received geo tech report. Says have to pierce 2.8m for the slab due to land filled by Akuna Vista. Anyone else had this report on their land and how much did your builder charge? I will keep you updated with mine. What is your lot number? 187

Hi, I am planning to go for HL package at Akuna Vista. Does anyone know if that area will get affected by flooding. I am concerned about the nearby Eastern creek. Is the area 1:100 flood zone? I believe AV is better than Altrove estate as it is a bit away from creek. it's not flood zone any more Ho...
