Facade CostBuilding A New House

Any one who can offer bit help. Looking at various builders, I see price of same Facade (As pictured) varies from 15K to 28K from one builder to another... My husband is a concretor and personally prefers slab on ground. Some sites you need waffle pods (I assume as otherwise you would need a lot of piering which would be very expensive). I've heard when waffle pods first came out they were done incorrectly and people put heavy furniture in their house...

We got H1 slab construction , in lieu of "M" Site classified slab, cost extra $ 4640 for H1 slab. What was the size of the floor ? Is it single story or double story house ?

We're planning to build with PD in early 2019 (Hoffman Villa) and we're extending our garage, but by width not by the length. The render is priced differently to the facade cost so the facade won't increase, but you will be paying for the render separately.
