your cupboards etc should have a height in your contract and the stove should meet it? And as for the sink - the template for the sink may not have existed and the builder cut to whatever they wanted? Check the bench heights and the template and go from there... We had builders that tried to tell us...

Every 2nd to 3rd day. Don't let anything go. If you go and you see something wrong - email them straight away. At least this gives you evidence for later if you need it. We even got the "Stay Away" 3 weeks out from PCI and still went out. Was fantastically embarrassing when the builders le...

Put them on your 13 week defect list? Check your contract as to what the description of your sink and your stove says. Wasn’t Rawson... More of a smaller local company... And as for structural defects - we have cracking in our walls and they’ve tried to repair them structurally and we’ve got stuff re-cracking. I just can’t believe how crap the building game is now... It’s kind of sad....
