Just spoke to Melbourne Water, they are still waiting for approval from the landowner to allow approx 20m of stormwater pipe to go through his property to a pit I didn't know there was a water issue! That's probably why there was a large water puddle the last time i was there. *sigh* Hope this does...

Metricon states their average build time for a double storey is around 26 weeks from memory. Obviously the bigger the house the longer it may take. Ours is looking to be around six months for a 30sq. Thanks :D
