Hi Astrid30, I feel you - we are a month after PCI and looks like another 2 weeks more until handover (though I'll believe it when I see it). So incredibly frustrating. Things are happening but soooo slowly. We're not with Metricon but another builder. Always got the impression it was generally only...

Thank you so much! Our vinyl will be done by a flooring company just after handover. They did allow for floor levelling compound in the quote, so I'm really hoping that will diminish the bumps. We are also using a 5mm plank and will have glancing light from many angles. I have to say, aside from the...

Hi darb74, We have a very similar vinyl flooring due to go down in a few weeks, on a very similar area - long hall flowing into open plan kitchen and living - and feeling a little worried after seeing the wavy outcome you've had so far! Hi Stephen and Jo, We are building with another company but have done just as you requested - floor and one or two walls in one colour tile, then another wall different colour tile. Didn't seem to be an issue at all. The only possible problem I could imagine would be if the two colours are different...

For what little it's worth, Salfield, I think your floor looks beautiful! - definitely different from what you chose, but still looks awesome.

Hi , I am looking to buy a property which is really rundown. Planning to rebuild on the land block but what I just found is on nature stipe front of the house right in the middle there is an electrical pole.
