Hi @Bronte19 Where did you go overseas? Holiday or business? We have a frame and roof trusses. Such a slow process for us with every house around us going up so quickly. Darbecca did inspection on Wednesday so 🤞 everything gets fixed quickly & satisfactorily then hoping they can move ahead at a...

@geontrey Yeah all settled in. Still getting used to the commute. Had our 90 days inspection- no major issues just some paint touch ups. Bathroom ventilation is not a issue as we are used to it. Also both of us work so dont spend lot of time in the bathroom. Good luck with the next stages @Bronte19...

As in ring a power company yourself to get the power turned on? We have never been told we had to arrange this but are now being told we will have to pay...

Hi BC, did you had to hire someone to dig and take away the excess soil? We did the digging ourselves and I got someone from airtasker to remove it. Ok thanks. We need to get heaps removed from our backyard and some from front before we can start any landscaping
