I afraid they won't allow it. You won't be able to get OC without tiles and kitchen. Media cabinets can be omitted, though. Hey,, I see. Thank you for the heads up. :)

After contract signing any structural changes with my builder attract a $1500 admin fee for redrawing the plans, at their discretion. However its $250 if it's due to council/developer requirements.
