Have you signed your final contract with M? Usually you can do this if you haven't yet signed your contract and paid your 5% deposit. Thanks shokel, we aren't with M. We are building with Burbank. We haven't signed our contract yet and haven't paid the 5% deposit. There shouldn’t be a problem to ma...

I was given a much lower quote for it actually. I'm feeling a bit nervous cause the price is almost a no brainer. Perhaps the 20k would be the to...

This really sucks. I have a neighbour who is dumping on our block... because it used to be his block and he subdivided it. I think he is internally justifying it like it's not hurting anyone and no doubt there will be skips/etc., during our build so his rubbish will just 'disappear'... Oh that’s cr...
Oh that’s crappy... really not fair to you True... I spoke to him about it but it was hard to get him to own the proble...

Such a dumb act - whoever did it just dont have manners n doesn't care for others ey. Another useless expense to get rid of it. Yep, I first saw it early the other week. By the time we came back on the weekend to put up a temp fence, I think this first pile had grown, and there was a 2nd pile there...

I have just been advised by my CSC that our construction drawings are complete and they are being sent over today. I am now trying to guess how many errors will be in them lol! Hey guys, would love your input, I was thinking of installing either of these lights, which do you think would age better? I'm leaning towards the darker less classy option: It would be located above my kitchen island https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/83417_1548371462.jpg https://forum.homeone.com.au/...
I like the darker pendant!

We have a few mortar issues, chipped tiles, bloated door bottoms, junction boxes missing, paint defects, stacker door rollers missing, rainwater tank to be fixed etc. Did you all get a Notice of Complet...
Congrats! That is great news. I hope it isn’t too long till you can get in there.
