How long your colour appointment variations took to come? Our colour appointment was on 12/1 so might take a couple of weeks. Also they made an error in the initial variations (V01) we recieved yesterday so I am unsure if they will come all together now.

I think we have all been through the 'waiting' stage. It seems like they aren't too good with communication at Head Office.
