We are in Camden and I think we've been out every month for the past 2 years lol, patiently waiting... I did notice some work on a lot near ...

Hey everyone, My partner and i are currently building on a battleaxe property (land size is 750sqm, 845 inc battleaxe handle) - we are really struggling to find ideas of how to complete a turning circle without our front yard being all concrete. Is there anyone on here that post some photos of their...

Hey Wazza, any issues with going with flooring after handover? What are your plans re skirting etc? I asked them to install skirting in carpeted areas(upstairs) then they will provide skirting and paint and it will be on me to install after laminate is laid. No dramas last time I did this. It’s the...

Hmm, I'd be interested to know if anyone here had their flooring completed separately outside of Firstyle.. when I spoke to the sales guy at Gregory Hills he mentioned that floors weren't inclu...

Hi Brendan, Thanks for the reply. That seems quite expensive, is that because you made changes to outer structure? I'm hoping that moving a wall inside the house doesn't incur a charge like that... Their designs aren't all pre-fab are they?

Hi everyone - Looking at building with Firstyle in Picton, NSW - land is currently going through council - hopefully registered by Feb :) We are looking at building the Clovelly Distinct (on display at Gregory Hills) - though, we require a few little changes, i.e. we would like a bedroom larger, whi...
