Thanks Njay..we are also considering GJ gardner...but not decided yet..how is your experience so far with them? So far my experience with GJ Gardner is very good. Hi All, We are building on Riverside Way aswell. Plans have been submitted to the council. The council has advised that the BAL rating for my lot is FZ (Flame Zone). Hi, initially we paid $1000 for tender to Clarendon and after 2 weeks they came back that they can't do it because of too much slope. I lost the deposit.
