I’m hoping but not hopeful 😀 I have come to expect disappointment but I do hope it’s good news I understand. Sorry, I don't want to kill you hope. I am just saying I am getting more pessimistic every time. There might be a tiny amount of work left. But that could drag us another 6 months.

I am not totally sure about that (tropical tree). That's what I remember from last time I read the contract, which is a year ago. I should take another look! Sorry for that. I'd like to see such guidelines since they make the look of the estate nicer.

emmajane24 , there are not many requirement for appearance. There is no restriction on fencing. I remember there should be a tropical tree planted in front yard. Anything else anyone else recall?

That's frustrating. There is a heavy rain forecast for Wednesday afternoon. If they sleepover Monday morning, I can't see a reason they don't delay it for another week. And you know what? Moremac comes up with a new schedule! That's all.

I know, which I unfortunately am inclined to believe him that it is the BS he is being told by the contractors as at the end of the day it does not benefit moremac in the slightest to delay settlement as that is when they get paid too. I have just tried to contact contractor foreman and the directo...
