Getting landscaping quote and few Landscappers who visited the property mentioned that the builder should have put in some drains at the side of the house or at the back of the house. Is that true? Chec...

Finally we got an email this morning that the construction will start on the 14th of November. I hope all the paper work gets sorted before that and they dont delay it even further. Anyone had Chris Adams as your site supervisor? We are told that he will be our site supervisor.

Does anyone know the cost to upgrade the ensuite sink to a medium/large size one? Coral is providing us with 2 small sinks in our plan for ensuite, but I was thinking of removing 2 small sinks and upgrading it to 1 medium/large size sink.
