Concrete path around house queryPaving & Concreting

Hi have recently got a concrete path done around my house on the garage side. Compliance wise it sits >7.5cm below seep holes but the slope doesnt really appear to slope away from the house. It slopes more downwards per the block of lands natural slope. I'm wondering if this is fine from a drainage ...
