After our shower tiling saga during construction, we've now got a leak in the first floor bathroom over our living room... To say I'm hacked off would be putting it mildly... Got a 1100x600mm hole cut in our living room ceiling, and when the plumber pulled the bath out to check there for leaks firs...

Oh no that is awful, how will they fix it ? Is there any water damage in between the floors. How do they pass this from ...

We finally did the fence for the backyard. Garden update... Beside our driveway we've planted some giant Agave that we kept from our previous home and re-planted our clyvias that we dug out before the old house was knocked down... Had 1.6 cubic metres of 20mm Deco pebbles delivered and started mulching. I think I'm nearly broken, or at leas...

Is it exposed aggregate or coloured? If it's aggregate how many years did they tell you until it needs resealing? looks fantastic! how does this compare to colored brushed concrete pricewise ? It's roughly half the price, and requires no maintenance, and if it did crack, it can be repaired... We built last year, 6 months from slab pour to handover and no significant issues that prevented us moving in.
