Our contract date is due in a couple of weeks and we are 2-3 months from finishing. The lack of trades on site is probably a huge factor. Weโve had 1 trade once...

Now I'm getting worried that anything our inspector finds will be disregarded. Oh and still no frame, 9 weeks ...
How frustrating for you! What exactly is the hold up with yours? Do they have an expected starting time? Darbecca found...

Frame has been completed and 19 defects this time around. Two of which were from previous inspections. I'm a little sick of this. Good thing about working for a government department means that I work in the same building as Consumer Affairs! 19 Defects! ๐๐ did Darbecca picked these up? What kind o...

Just some rubbish from construction on our neighbors plot. Our CRO told us construction should start end of Ju...

Nothing major just couple of things that Fairhaven missed in the contract. Whole day at tender must have been tiring...

I just spoke to them and unfortunately as we have already started construction we arenโt able to add the shower niches. Silly of me not to have it done at colour stage.
