Hi Guys, We bought in 7A and were told to expect titling in Jan 2019. This sounds strange now as you bought later and were told earlier dates. Or does the stage release have nothing to do with anything? That is really bizarre, are you sure they didn’t mean jan 2018?? Rhonda definitely told us Aug 2...

New estate but not titling for awhile. It's all just a mud pit at the moment but it's on the flat. Fingers crossed we don't have rock issues. We are leaning towards a slightly modified Milan/Sienna. All budget depending. It's hard being so far away from titling. Have no idea where we will be at then...

Hi All! Have Arden in the shortlist for our first build but just had a heart attack reading an earlier post about site costs at 75k? I know they can be incredibly variable but I was under the (uninformed, clearly) impression that site costs ranged to about 30k max?
