We bought our block of land over three years ago now. At that time, we weren't prepared to build but had already started looking at displays. We fell in love with a project builder who would allow us to modify the design to suit our requirements. They even helped us choose/change our land to another...

we have laminate floors currently and have the beading...I don't like it we are building a new home and making sure the floor is put in first then the skirting so we don't have the beading I can post a picture tonight when I get home How much did builders charge to lay skirting after? If anything?

Hi guys, we had our tender appt and they didn't have revised floor plans we made at colour/elect appt and I was also expecting elevations on the day... nope, didn't get those either!
