Hi All, Just wondering what happens post inspection, I have done a prelining inspection and provided my builder with report but I'm not sure what happens next, how should you expect the builder to repsond to the finding, do they just fix it and tell you verbally or do they have to provide some sort...

Hi Splendid, Our contract states build time is 33 weeks, started 2nd week of Feb. If they take more than 33 weeks, see 1.11 section of your building contract where they have mentioned details about it.
