Then I am at a loss. If it was to be rendered I thought they might put in blue/villa board - but if it’s brick finish, then I do not know why there are no bricks there already. same I am at a loss too :(

Hi all, i have some questions regarding your Boutique plans. Is there anything to lookout for and things you have missed on the plans but have gone to construction and been built incorrectly or not as you wanted? Looking forward to hearing your answers. Thanks!

Hi all What is the price people have paid for exposed aggregate per m2 with Boutique Homes? I am being charged $140/m2 which seems expensive for Category 1 exposed aggregate. I got a few other quotes and at the time they were all hanging around the same as Boutique. Thanks mj2016. So you're being c...

Yeh I have an existing concrete strip driveway but as part of the KD it will be removed. But good to hear that you have seen other KDRBs that have crushed rock installed in the building envelope. At least it's a legitimate cost.
