Does anyone notice that the developer has put some kind of grey coloured soft munch all over some lands. My builder said they will charge me $$$ for removing those munches. They also said ghey have prove that those munches were mo there initially, landcom spread them recently.

Whoever did the estimation for my contract, did it all wrong. I think thwy did not spend a good amount of time on it. When I add all the additional site coasts it comes $28000, but on the total amount it shows &35000. It is totally disappointing. Couldn't expect from domaine homes. If they prov...

Recently received the tender from Domaine homes. We are tatally shocked. They are charging $35000 extra for site coast. $11000 just to step down the garage. 5500 for soil removal. And so much hidden costs. I'm not sure what to do.

I thought if I do it outside, it gonna coast me more. The comfort pack in domaine includes flooring, blind and flyscreen only for 13k, which I thought a good value.
