Wow! and not in a good way. I’d be disgusted with that. I am sorry I can’t help as my brickwork was perfect, but we aren’t rendering. I hope someone pops along soon to help you soon. I’d be very interested in what standard of brickwork is required for it to be structurally sound https://forum.homeo...
It is very depressing to see the brickwork in its current state. My personal standard for brickwork with rendering is n...

Hi All Hope you are having a solid building experience. We are 10 weeks in to the building with bricks half finished and internal all plastered. Very impressed with the pace but the nightmare started with brickwork. Popped to site this morning and noticed the utterly unacceptable brickwork(IMO). The...

This ideal setup should be able to provide us enough energy generation to keep up with all electric cooking appliances and hybrid cars. Two Teslas? I will be following this thread with a lot of interest. Not as fancy as Tesla. Although I do wish I have got 2 of them. Bit update on solar project. Re...

Frames are 100% done with minor issues. The bill is eye watering XD Got told by energix that each phase can only feed 5kw per hour back to grid. (reason of why almost all residential inverters are rated 5kw or lower). So the highest we can do on 3 phase is 15kw per hour. Although its still possible ...

Even the inspector was suprised how bad it's been for us. I really dont know what has happened for us to end up with such a messy admin stage. You guys have done nothing wrong. I feel for you. Admin stage is known to be an issue for almost every builder. Might just keep pushing M or even mention ab...

Flooring looks great. Which color did you go with? Thanks mate. None yet! Needs more coats (they will apply a grey wash) and then we will narrow down. I think my wife will want a 50/50 mix of the bottom two I'm betting. Can't believe how much different the floors look stained. It's like all the vei...

As frames are now nearly complete, finally got some time to plan for the "Zero Emission" Objective. The goal is not to make the building process "Zero Emission" but to make the final product zero emission as we live. Zero Emission building requires 2 essential aspects-- 1).requir...

We have had a chat with our 2nd coordinator after we decided to cancel the contract with M. The first coordinator was a nightmare as it would take over 2 weeks to get any response and we had to push our sales with cancelling the contract to get another person. Got told that they are under stuffed an...

Frames are 95% done exactly 1 month after slab was poured.:-D Noticed one framing issue where one of the door were meant to be 2340mm high but some how ended up with a frame of 2100mm. Site manager said it should be fixed in next couple days. Interested to see how quickly our builder can get it fixe...

So here are pics from our handover day which happened a week ago! Our floors are being done at the moment and should be finished next week so the next lot of pics should be more exciting! Lol. Didn’t take the token handover gift pic as it’s all wrapped up! https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/78309_15260...
What a view. Great looking style

It sucks to see your job got delayed. We got stuffed around for nearly 10 month by M and ended up ditching M. Was then told by other builders that M will push back and stack jobs so an area site manager can be assigned. But things would go alot quicker once they get enough on the table
