Not sure if you can go wider based on the floorplan, but if you can I would. 1200mm is a perfect size for a front door. Managed to change to 920 which I'm happy with sample house has that size I think it's the widest can go with that floor plan

about to go to site with Mojo Homes building a NOVA 32. My conveyancer said I need to pay 5% straight away with no cooling off period. But broker needs more time to get a valuation report and unconditional approval and Stockland only give me 2 weeks to do which doesnt seem like much time. What did others do here? Is this for exchange of contract? Or for...
