We informed them of all the upgrade we wanted early on so the sales quote was spot on. Plus got credit back on council fees that werent used (narrow block). Shouldnt be any difference unless you want changes after the contract. Wouldnt recommend Valeco though.

This builder is building on a subdivided block near me in an established suburb. Site cut Sep 2017, frames Nov 2017 and only now getting close to PC. Looks like it's going to be a 12 month build time. No idea on the delays if they're owner or builder related, but I saw weeks with no work being done...

From personal experience. Wouldnt recommend anyone going down that road. Its a joke going through them. Have had great ...

PCI today went great, took about 2 hours and our SS was more picky then us lol. He had more blue tape on the walls then we did. thanks @joggles, it's so so frustrating to find new mistakes, especially when they are busy fixing previous ones. Going over contract they will need pay penalty rates, which apparently is then taken off the final bill. But the rate is so small, i don't think it will encourage them too much. At the ...

Thanks @_sallz - i know it's so frustrating! We also have plenty of holes in our plasterboards, but they are apparently an easy fix are you guys close to handover? No :( I feel like they did heaps and now its stalled. Our SS says tiler going in and then it wont go in because tiler hurt themselves. ...

Thanks @Tribe7 :) will do a quick visit tomorrow and give you an update. Garage door is in, but not sure cladding is finished. I would be very very surprised if cabinetry is even close to starting. They seem to do one thing at a time. Staircase went in, but will need to be fixed up - completely mis...

So disappointing that they cant seem to get things right at your place The 5m ceiling looks amazing!!!!!!
