Manage to talk to them today. Schedule.. Mid - End April 2018 for registration for Lot 5 series if Council didnt delay. There is possibilities of early registration. The developer will start sending emails to owners on Monday onwards to notify the update. So its now with the council? Do you mean se...

In fairness...I think just about sufficient time is allowed for the entire process. So if you have all things lined up, you should be ok. Double check with your bank and solicitor all the time and ask "do you need anything more/else". I think these settlements are done online, so I doubt ...

Quick update. Visited the land yesterday. All land has been pegged and already have trees. The only problem now is that the developer still close the land. I am not sure why.
