When I reviewed my drawings, I found out they have put two downpipes on the facade which the Metricon website does not have any downpipes in that area at all. Hi Renman, What will be the most expensive upgrade for you so far? We went to the Somerset display home, it is a fantastic house but the price 1.3 mil is way over our budget. Then we went to the Hampshire display is also very good. We are just not sure with budget of 650k how good can the house be....
