very frustrating Someone mentioned on this thread a few days ago saying 12 weeks in council atm. That sounds about right Still not hatching, I am in 9 weeks with council and awaiting an officer to be allocated. Calling them for few weeks and everyone response is approval can be expected in 16 weeks....

Just an update my builder emailed me today saying council approved the plans just waiting on planning department to get back to them in regards to the SOEE. wow, nice to see No assessor in 7 weeks? Theres something wrong there. Oh and as for updates- as I went on site yesterday- I can confirm we have recycled water and drinking water connections (yay no tanks!) The sales rep did mention that we should be registered (5128 ) all at the same time with the same release as the inspection etc goes all at once. The documentation...

Hello! Thought Id do a quick post of appreciation for the amazing information and work that has come from the regular contributors to this thread! I took a look at the estate on saturday (out of frustration looking at panania duplexes and finding nothing that fit! literally 10 mins down the freeway...
