What is your area like for blocks left??? We are flying down to nsw next week and renting a car to go land hunting. Prefer city area around Newcastle or Coffs Harbour area.

Has anyone built with Perry Homes in NSW in the last 5 years? We have used them in Queensland last year without a drama. We have been getting mixed reviews such as product review and old threads on this site. Any feedback at all is fine or inbox us please. we are keen to go again with them.
