Thanks for that! I hear people can spend anywhere between $10,000 - over $50,000+ on site costs! Im hoping Wisdom homes might offer fixed site costs Its a shame, seems like no matter how much research you do for site costs you cant get close to a figure of roughly how much it will cost! :(
