I've also been considering fresh homes for a custom build. Any updates on this thread? They want $3k up front to provide a quote which I'm not keen on but sounds like most large builders want this. Hi Peter, thinking about a build with Fresh homes in Brisbane so wanted to see how you went with the build and the finished product? Sorry for late reply. We were not very happy with them. So wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

If you don't mind who is your builder? We had same issue with our build! We are building with Bentley homes. I guess they are only building in Melbourne. Hope your builder didn't charge you too much. We also paid 8k ☹

Do we have a slab? Any updates? No, hoping to get the slab at the end of this week if everything goes on plan. Honestly, we are not expecting much from Fresh homes after all these bad experiences!

That's pretty average of them, at least you have some kind of start though. Two weeks is nothing, you'll have a slab before you know it Really! All the other builder in our Estate going a little bit faster, that's what we used to see. In Christmas, they wouldn't work that's why we are bit worried! ...

I don't know should I say it's a good news or bad! Fresh homes decided to do site cut today but they are doing the slab after 2 weeks. They just wanted to start the construction to fulfill the requirements of the contract but actually not doing anything 😡
